We enjoyed our stay with the grandkids, especially the perfect location near the outer Alster for jogging. The hotel is clean and spacious, with a lovely breakfast area. It felt relaxed and inviting, making it easy to explore the city’s charm.

In my wife’s opinion, a play area would be great for kids.

i was absolutely aghast by the dated decor and lack of tea/coffee facilities—it felt like time traveling back 30 years. additionally, my room was stuffy and too hot, despite my request for a room upgrade that was clearly ignored. it's almost like they don’t value their guests. i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.
